Yes. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. You get up to 1,000 monthly active users, 3 team seats, and 1 application -- everything you need to get started with product-led onboarding.

What counts as a Monthly Active User?

A Monthly Active User (MAU) is any unique user who sees at least one guide during a calendar month. Users who don't interact with any guides are not counted toward your limit.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Save up to 20% when you choose annual billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your account settings at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for self-serve plans. Business customers can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.

Is there a setup fee?
